Hong Kong Implements New Iran Sanctions

Various media reported today that Hong Kong last week implemented regulations placing sanctions on the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) and various Iranian individuals.  These laws are in line with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1929, which was passed last summer.
